History

M. Rosenberg & Son started just after the Second World War ended in 1945 when my mother and father begun selling fabrics in various London markets. From a young age I could see how hard my parents worked and this encouraged me to want to help them. Consequently, I left school and begun to learn my trade in the fabrics business.

Our Beliefs

Customers who know us and have dealt with us will understand that although the regular price of a good quality fabric in a store could cost between 8 pounds and beyond, our prices have always been much more realistic. This principle remains at the heart of our business today. I could tell you story after story, fact after fact about yarns, other fabric companies and different fabrics, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating!

Meet Us

Our new online store has helped transform M. Rosenber & Son into the new Millenia, however, being a traditional family business we still operate in the markets at Kingston upon Thames on Mondays and Bromley in Kent on Thursdays (so long as the weather is nice of course)! Alternatively, come along to one of our trade shows where you will be able to view an even larger collection of the fabrics we stock.
